Thinking of you. Praying for increased strength as you meet each new day of your journey.
Psalm 62: 5-6
Find rest spirit, soul and body in the Lord. Continue to put your trust in Him. Jesus Is your rock (strength) and salvation. Jesus is your Fortress. Do not let go even though the ground has been shaken beneath you. Your refuge is the Son of God, Yeshua/ Jesus. He holds you in His everlasting arms. His righteous right hand holds onto you firm and secure. My friend, don't let go of His righteous right hand. Love Marie

Joseph you will be truly missed. Your fascination with comic books, Star Trek and Jonny Cash was contagious but even more so you loved Jesus. My friends still remember you as Preacher Joe and that was 40 years ago. I know you are well and with the Lord cuz.
Love you Joseph!

Joe is my favorite Star Trek buddy. I used to joke with him that he was the Captain of the museum, and he told me I could be his First Officer. It was the highlight of my day to walk into the museum and see him at the front desk and hear his greeting; a solemn nod and a “Number One,” which I always answered with a return nod and a “Captain” before he smiled and started chatting. He was a kind man, a good friend, and his absence will be felt by so many people.
Safe voyage in the Final Frontier, Captain.
Your First Officer,
Margaret Dudley

Joe was my coworker who became my friend. Every Saturday, I would bring us breakfast to work and we would talk Star Trek, Marvel and listen to his classic country music..I always made sure to leave it on at the kiosk. One day, we switched spots and he had my favorite rock station on. He had remembered which one it was and had it waiting for me. I told him “Joe! You remembered!” And he said “Well yes, I don’t know why you like that music anyways!” (He would remind me his disdain for rock :)) but from then on, always knew and had my music waiting when we would switch. He was such a funny, charismatic person who loved his family, adored his wife and loved the Lord. I will miss him terribly.

Not only was Joe a coworker, but a very good friend. Joe and I would listen to Classic Country Music at work. He loved singing Johnny Cash songs. His love for the Lord and his family were unquestionable. Rest In Peace my friend. Sandy Pierce

Dating Chris has given me the opportunity to meet many wonderful people who have enriched my life-one of those people being Joe. My second favorite thing about him was our shared love of coffee-matched only by Gram! Joe always made sure he brewed extra if I was coming to Lubbock! But my favorite thing was the way he loved Tina. He was supportive and caring and they were truly a perfect match. Tina and Joe built a beautiful life together, and I’d give anything to have him back in all of our lives.

I had always wanted 2 boys and 2 girls and God answered my prayer and sent my Amy and my Joseph. We had a Saturday morning tradition of Joseph, Tina, and I going to breakfast before his work schedule changed. That was one of the highlights of my weekend! When Joseph came into Tina’s life, he quickly loved and embraced her kids! His MOST cherished name was Pop to their grandkids. I know God let you meet your little Roan and give him a kiss before he came to earth. He adored his wife and would show her picture to his coworkers and say “Isn’t she beautiful?” I couldn’t love him any more if I had given birth to him. My heart is broken but I’m not without hope because I WILL see you again! Until then, I thank you my sweet boy for your legacy of love you left for us all!

We are so thankful to have known Joseph and even more thankful for his love and commitment to Tina. I always liked to hear about all the movie talk him and my grandma Linda shared and I just know that they are chatting it up once again in heaven.

I only had the privilege of working with him for 6 months before chasing opportunity. Joe was one of the sweetest guys I’d ever had the pleasure of knowing, many a time we’d pop off with dumb jokes at each other and talk about our passions. Joe was an incorrigible trekkie, and to me a fast friend. Rest in peace Joe.
