From the first time I met Sophie, to the last time I saw her, she was always a classy lady. Her hair was always in an elegant updo and her nails were beautifully manicured and painted. I usually saw Sophie at family gatherings and could always expect to sample her Polish food. Sophie was proud of her Polish roots and she enjoyed sharing her traditions with us. Sophie will be missed and I’m thankful to have met her.

The deep love of Sophie’s homeland was a colorful thread in the tapestry of her life. The love of her family, near and far, was woven with the traditions of Poland at every gathering and celebration. Sophie enjoyed sharing her culture through food, stories and Polish dancing videos. She will be forever thought of and missed. May she find eternal rest in her most regarded place on earth…Poland.
