I remember visiting Ginger in the hospital one time after she became ill. She had been in so much pain, but within fifteen minutes, SHE was comforting and encouraging US. At the end of our visit I pointed out that we had come to comfort and encourage her, not the other way around and she just laughed. That was Ginger in a nutshell. She was indeed a saint, a servant, and a sweetheart. You have our sincere condolences.

Cousin....I can't believe your gone. It makes me sad knowing we didn't see one another often, but you have always been so special to me. Your smile, your laugh and such thoughtfulness. I will never forget. Give My Vernon a big hug for me please. Tonight I'm truly jealous of the Angels.
All my love Regina

Sincere condolences to your family. I am so very sorry for your loss. May God provide the necessary peace and comfort to your family and friends during this difficult time. Please remember these words of encouragement from the Bible: “ Jesus plainly told her: “I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” —John 11:20-25.

Terry and family, I am thinking of you all and praying for each of you. Ginger was a very special person and I loved her dearly. She helped me in my life more than she will ever know. I enjoyed our talks when we got the chance. She will forever be an inspiration to me in my life. I know my sweet mother loved her as well. Thank you to you as well Terry for your kindness, you and Ginger were so kind my mom and she truly cared for both of you. Please know I will continue to pray and will always carry her in my heart. My deepest condolences.

Terry, I am truly so sad. I hope you find peace and comfort from the many who loved Ginger. Ginger shared many delicious recipes from our time at central office when we would gather for Boss's Day or an Administrative Staff Potluck! I will hold those memories and recipes close to my heart. I hope you can feel all the prayers that are flooding your way.

Dear Family,
Ginger was such a special person. Jesus certainly got a great lady. Always smiling and giving freely of herself to everyone around her and especially the patients/families she cared for.
Gingers nursing ministry was far reaching and she blessed so many. Deepest condolences and prayers.

I have so many beautiful childhood memories with my precious friend! We were always in trouble mostly from laughing during church! My favorite memory is when my dog chased her up a fence trying to get her hot dog to eat and she got stuck on the fence and couldn’t get down! We laughed so hard! She was always there for me even to the end!! Love you Ginger, I’ll see you again one day!

Q: What will you miss most about Ginger?
A: It was truly such a pleasure and honor to have Ginger in my life as a wonderful mother. I could not have asked for a better family to marry into and I will think of her and miss her so much every day. I will miss the conversations I had with Ginger the most. She always had this way of being truly interested in your hobbies, likes, current life events. She really was such a great person and found a way to celebrate the good things about everyone.

Ginger became a close friend of mine when she moved to Grand Junction. We met at 1st Assembly of God church and quickly became friends who laughed and shared a lot through youth group and through classes at FJHS and FMHS. I cannot count how many sleepovers we had or fights over the Broncos vs the Cowboys. Ginger was a sweet, loving, loyal friend and I loved her so much. Though she moved back to Texas before graduating with us, she still came back to reunions and kept in touch with many GJ friends. Ginger had the greatest smile and sense of humor. She found so much happiness in Terry and her raising her family. It was everything she dreamed of. I am sad for our earthly loss but know it is heaven's gain. She is with her Daddy now. Much love to Terry and family, to Kaye and to Kendra and to her sweet Mama.
You are all in my prayers,
Shanna (Henry) Miller
