Estimada Familia Cuevas, Lamentamos de todo corazón la pérdida de su ser querido. En estos momentos, no hay mucho que podamos decir; solo que lo sentimos. Aunque ninguno de nosotros sabe lo que están sufriendo, Jehová Dios sí los comprende y los ayudará a seguir adelante pues es la principal fuente de consuelo como dice en la Biblia en 2 corintios 1:3,4- “Bendito sea el Dios y Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, el Padre de tiernas misericordias y el Dios de todo consuelo, que nos consuela en toda nuestra tribulación, para que nosotros podamos consolar a los [que se hallan] en cualquier clase de tribulación mediante el consuelo con que nosotros mismos estamos siendo consolados por Dios.” Esperamos de todo corazón que estas palabras de la biblia los puedan ayudar y consolar. First our prayers sincere condolences to Laura, my grandchildren, my great-grandchildren and the rest of Rubens family. On the occasions I got to speak with Ruben I always thanked him for the love he showed my daughter. We don't choose when we are born or when we die but we do get to choose what we do with that time in between and Ruben choose the high calling to serve his fellow man and his community and his family and we have that to be thankful for. God's peace to all and we will see him soon when the Lord comes to pick up his own.

My friend Ruben was such a great person and a gentle giant. I took Ruben under my wing for many years and was convinced he would be a great care provider in pre-hospital medicine and he was. I am saddened by his loss as he left way to early in this life. I am so proud to have known Ruben as he sought advice on many occasions. God speed to Ruben on his new journey and many prayers to his family. Ruben will be missed. I hope he took extra rope with him for Majorowski.
