Graveside services for Helen E. Boatman, 83, of Hale Center, TX were held at 10:00 am Friday, June 28, 2002, in the Plainview Cemetery with Matt Swanson, Church of Christ Minister officiating. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Freeman-Abell Funeral Home of Hale Center, TX.
Ms. Boatman died Wednesday, June 26, 2002, in Plainview, TX.
She was born on January 29, 1919 in Louis, Indiana. She was a longtime resident of Hale Center, moving from Chicago in 1960. She was a member of the Hale Center Church of Christ.
She is survived by a brother, Howard Boatman of Plainview, TX.
