Graveside services for Charlsie Traylor,74, of Hale Center, TX, were held 11:00 am Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Plainview with Rev. Carrol Green and Rev. Lee Moralez, officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Freeman-Abell Funeral Home of Hale Center, TX. Mrs. Traylor died Monday, November 8, 2004 at Prairie House Living Center in Plainview, TX. She was born December 30, 1929 in Childress, TX. She lived in Hale Center most of her life. She graduated from Roosevelt High School and Lubbock International Business College. She was a medical transciptionist for 25 years working in Hale Center, Plainview and Lubbock hospitals. She enjoyed bowling on a league and she was a member of the Methodist Church. She married Jr. Traylor in April, 1976 in Plainview and he died in 1978. She is also preceded by a son, Alan Mahagan and a grandson, Keith Alan Mahagan in August of 1983. Survivors include two sons, Les Mahagan and his wife Joan of Boston, MA and Roger Mahagan and his wife Linda of Hale Center,TX, six granddaughters: Kelly Page of Memphis,TX, Sarah Goree of Weatherford, TX, Kristi Wyatt of Runaway Bay, TX, Lori Benson, Courtnei Barrerra and Ashlei Mahagan of Hale Center, TX, two grandsons, Matthew and Alan Mahagan of Boston, MA.
