Obituary of Neva Kisor

Graveside services for Neva Kisor, 85, of Hale Center, TX, were held at 3:00 pm Sunday, February 23, 2003, in the Hale Center Cemetery with Matt Swanson, Church of Christ Minister, officiating. Services were under the direction of Freeman-Abell Funeral Home of Hale Center, TX. Ms. Kisor died Friday, February 21, 2003, in Plainview, TX. She was born on April 27, 1917 in Oklahoma to Henry and Etta (Brown) Jeffreys. She moved from Brownfield, TX to Hale Center in 1950. She retired from the dietary department of Hi Plains Hospital. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by; 1 son, Dale Kisor of Amarillo, TX. 2 daughters, Wanda Sue Walters of Nashville, TN and Nina Berry of Plainview, TX. 2 sisters, Elby Anderson of Lubbock, TX, and Theo Smith of Garland, TX. 4 grandchildren, Aaron Walters, Nathan Walters, C. R. Kisor and Trent Kisor. 1 great granddaughter, Raven Walters. The family suggests memorials be sent to the Hale Center Volunteer EMS or to the Hale Center Senior Citizens. Abell Funeral Home
