Burial followed services in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy, TX. Mr. Hood died on Wednesday, April 3, 2002, in Lubbock, TX. He was born on May 17, 1955 in Abernathy. He and his wife, Donna Morris, have been together since 1984, and moved to Lubbock from Abernathy in 1998.
