Obituary of Ruby Hobgood

Graveside services for Ruby Ray Ready Hobgood, of Dallas, Tx, were held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 25, 2002, in the Abernathy Cemetery, Abernathy, Tx. Rev. Don Potter, of the Terrace Hills Church of Christ in Odessa, Tx, officiated. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy, Tx. Mrs. Ready was born in Westminster, Tx. She was a graduate of Abernathy High School and had been a longtime Dallas area resident, moving from Abernathy in 1960. She owned and operated the Webb Chapel Coiffures Beauty Salon in North Dallas. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
