Graveside services for Eria Lee Hudson Evans, 80, of Mineola, TX were held at 1:00 pm Thursday, December 19, 2002, in the Abernathy Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy. Mrs. Evans died on Monday, December 16, 2002. She was born on March 9, 1922 to R. H. and Lizzie Walker Hudson. She married Roy Evans on November 15, 1941 in Anton, TX, and he preceded her in death in 1979. She had a full loving life caring for her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother. Survivors; 3 daughters, Margie Duggan of Sherman, TX, Glenda Jernigan and her husband Norman of Mineola, TX, and Jerri Chaudoir of Austin, TX. 1 brother, C. H. Hudson of Abernathy, TX 1 sister, Monema Hudson of Abernathy, TX 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Abell Funeral Home
